The COVID-19 pandemic has brought telehealth to the forefront since 2020. The Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux (MSSS) is now seeking input from the population that has benefited from virtual consultation services over the past year. Citizen participation will help improve the deployment of telehealth services in Quebec and ensure that the care provided virtually is of high quality and remains focused on the needs of users.
If you have received telehealth services yourself, you are invited to have your say on the subject by completing the questionnaire between March 13 and April 16, 2023.
If you work in the health network and have offered virtual health services such as teleconsultation, feel free to invite users to respond!
