If you still need assistance, you have two options: contact your healthcare professional, or contact <span lang=\"fr-ca\">Centre de soutien des services num\u00e9riques en sant\u00e9<\/span> (CSSNS) for technical support.<\/p>\n\n<h2>When to contact your healthcare provider or clinic<\/h2>\n<p>If your request concerns your follow-up as a patient, you should contact your healthcare provider. For example, if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>you need your healthcare provider to send you a <strong>new invitation code<\/strong> (because yours is lost or expired);<\/li>\n<li>you need help understanding a question in a <strong>questionnaire<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>you want to <strong>reschedule or cancel a virtual appointment.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>When to contact technical support<\/h2>\n<p>If you have a technical question, you should contact the <span lang=\"fr-ca\">Centre de soutien des services num\u00e9riques en sant\u00e9<\/span>  (CSSNS).
