In addition, a guest patient will share their experience with home-based monitoring of their medical condition.<\/p>\n<p>Session Objectives:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand what remote monitoring entails;<\/li>\n<li>Learn in which situations it can be beneficial (concrete examples);<\/li>\n<li>Become familiar with connected medical devices that are sometimes used in remote monitoring;<\/li>\n<li>Identify the support resources available when needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Midis-causeries en t\u00e9l\u00e9sant\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>The telehealth team at the  <strong>CHUM<\/strong> and the <strong>R\u00e9seau qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois de la t\u00e9l\u00e9sant\u00e9<\/strong> invites you to participate in this series of free, interactive virtual sessions.
