Mission, vision and values
The Réseau québécois de la télésanté (RQT) mobilizes expert resources in the clinical, technological, management and communications fields. This enables it to offer province-wide strategies in support of digital transformation. Through its role in monitoring, supporting, identifying directions and developing best practices, the RQT plays a central role in the implementation and development of virtual care and services in Quebec.
Mission
The RQT is the benchmark for virtual care and services. It supports the digital transformation of the health and social services network in response to the evolving needs of professionals and the population.
More specifically, RQT’s current actions are geared towards the following goals:

Vision
Accompany and support professionals in the implementation of virtual care and services throughout Quebec, in order to increase accessibility to services and optimize the organization of healthcare delivery to users.

The values that animate the RQT players are the following:
