Why choose telehealth?

Telehealth saves you time, energy and money. It complements more traditional ways of delivering care. What’s more, telehealth…

  • improves access to services;
  • is optional;
  • is secure;
  • is easy to use;
  • is free of charge.

Telehealth continues to move forward

The Quebec healthcare network is rolling out several virtual care and service initiatives. Clinical teams are using telehealth to improve access to services and ensure equitable quality for all.

Several projects and initiatives have already been the subject of articles right here on telesantequebec.ca. These include teledermatology, virtual mental health care, addiction medicine in remote areas, telethrombolysis for stroke treatment and emergency room teletriage.
