Telemonitoring: Your health is in good hands, even from a distance!
During this session, an expert will explain everything you need to know about remote monitoring and answer your questions. In addition, a guest patient will share their experience with home-based monitoring of their medical condition.
Session Objectives:
- Understand what remote monitoring entails;
- Learn in which situations it can be beneficial (concrete examples);
- Become familiar with connected medical devices that are sometimes used in remote monitoring;
- Identify the support resources available when needed.

The telehealth team at the CHUM and the Réseau québécois de la télésanté invites you to participate in this series of free, interactive virtual sessions. These sessions are designed to inform and empower patients and caregivers on how to use the remote care and services available.
