Telehealth Governance

Governance description

Telehealth governance is based on strong leadership at three levels: local, territorial and provincial. The Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux (MSSS) provides national leadership in a co-management approach for the clinical and technological aspects. The territorial mandate is assumed by the four telehealth coordination centers (CCT). They are also entrusted with the management of provincial assets. The 34 healthcare institutions complete the picture with teams dedicated to deploying telehealth solutions at local level.

Governance structure
