Book a telephone appointment with a technician
Support for provincial telehealth activities is provided by the Centre de soutien des services numériques en santé (CSSNS). The online appointment booking tool is Microsoft Bookings, a secure solution approved by the ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux (MSSS).
Not for an appointment with a health professional
Please note that no appointment with a doctor or other health professional can be made with this service. To obtain an appointment or advice regarding your health condition, contact a professional or the Info-Santé 811 line.
You can get support for any of the following reasons :
- You are user of the Telehomecare Monitoring Platform and wish to obtain support or assistance regarding the platform.
- You have a scheduled virtual medical appointment and are experiencing difficulties with at least one of your technological components (Internet connection, microphone or camera). If you have not yet tested your equipment, please visit the following page : Test the technological equipment prior to a virtual meeting
