Support for telehealth activities is provided by the Centre de soutien des services numériques en santé (CSSNS). On this page, you can book an appointment for a support session.
Not for an appointment with a health professional
Please note that no appointment with a doctor or other health professional can be made with this service. To obtain an appointment or advice regarding your health condition, contact a professional or the Info-Santé 811 line.
You can get support for any of the following reasons :
- You are a user of Telehomecare Monitoring Platform and you are experiencing a problem with the platform.
- You have a teleconsultation scheduled with the Microsoft Teams application and are experiencing technical difficulties. If you haven’t yet tested your equipment (Internet connection, microphone and camera), please consult the page Test the technological equipment prior to a teleconsultation.

By submitting this form, you authorize the transfer of your request to the Centre de soutien aux services numériques en santé (CSSNS) or the organization responsible for its follow-up.
