Telehomecare Monitoring

This section is intended for patients and caregivers who wish to obtain information on virtual monitoring in the living environment. The Telehomecare approach offers clinical monitoring of symptoms and distance learning with the aim of promoting autonomy in the management of a specific health condition. Ultimately, it improves quality of life, including reducing emergency room visits and hospitalizations.

The pages presented below provide details on the particularities of this approach in relation to different health conditions. Other pages for the Telehomecare services are in development and will be added over time.
