Telehomecare monitoring

This section is intended for patients and caregivers who wish to obtain information on virtual monitoring in the living environment. The telehomecare approach offers clinical monitoring of symptoms and distance learning with the aim of promoting autonomy in the management of a specific health condition. Ultimately, it can improve patients’ quality of life, in part by reducing emergency room visits and hospitalizations.

The pages linked below provide details on how this approach works for different health conditions. Other pages about telehomecare services are in development and will be added over time.
